Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards at all locations. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to achieve excellence. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Manage budgets, inventory, and resources efficiently. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and overall store performance. Requirements: Proven experience managing multiple outlets, preferably in F&B or retail. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements. Flexibility to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays. Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
