Sales Support Executive (Order Processing/ Rma/ East)

Location: Tannery Lane Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: Up to $3.5k Job Responsibilities Prepare daily sales reports. Process customer returns (RMA) from start to finish. Enter sales orders and generate delivery orders and invoices accurately. Prepare proforma invoices for the Sales Coordinator to arrange customer payments. Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with relevant parties. Update inventory records, including stock movements and pricing, in the system. Create purchase orders and send them to factories, ensuring all information is accurate. Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and documentation. Support the team with other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales support, operations, or logistics role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in the same industry or with Letters of Credit (LC) will be an added advantage.
