Role Overview: We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Specialist who will lead marketing initiatives, execute business development strategies, manage our LinkedIn presence, craft compelling pitches, generate qualified leads, and provide essential support to our CEO and sales team to maximize our growth potential. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, developing and nurturing relationships to expand the business pipeline. Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Create compelling, informative, and engaging content and designs tailored specifically for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to boost audience engagement and visibility. Develop and refine impactful pitch decks, proposals, and other sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition. Collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales Executives to assist in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective follow-up. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential growth opportunities. Regularly analyze and report on the performance metrics of marketing campaigns to inform strategic adjustments and future initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales Support, preferably within fintech or financial services. Proven experience creating high-quality digital content and managing professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Demonstrably strong command of AI tools in day-to-day workflows, such as process automation and creative work. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to guide decision-making. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
