About this role
Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services, encompassing the following tasks: Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for customers' vehicles. Conduct test drives with customers to identify any additional concerns or issues. Manage all documentation related to cost estimates, repair quotes, and vehicle history records. Offer recommendations on best practices, such as service intervals, warranties, and maintenance procedures. Monitor the progress of service and repairs, and proactively update customers on the status. Follow up with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with the completed work. Possess the ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle faults and problems. Gather feedback and encourage customers to leave positive Google reviews. Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure the quality of vehicles before handover. Coordinate with internal departments to address any necessary PDI rectifications. Provide administrative and technical support to sales personnel during the vehicle delivery process. Requirements Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License. Possess at least a GCE “O” Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline, preferably automotive-related. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry. Demonstrate the ability to work positively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Establish rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service. Demonstrate organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be flexible with changing priorities. Possess proficient computer skills to manage customer information and process service orders.
