Food Production & Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary You will support plant-based food production by preparing and packing products, maintaining hygiene, managing inventory, operating POS systems, and providing basic customer service. Responsibilities Prepare food products following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent quality Package and label finished products accurately for distribution Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning equipment and workspaces in the production area Conduct stock-taking and handle products, including in cold-room environments, to support inventory management Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions for walk-in customers Respond to customer calls and text messages to provide basic product and service information Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in food production or retail is an advantage Basic communication skills in English and Chinese to support customer interactions Other Information Benefits Stable working hours with Sundays and Public Holidays off Hands-on experience in food manufacturing and customer service Friendly and supportive team environment Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
