The Role We are looking to hire a Legal Secretary (Corporate) with positive work ethic, keenness to learn and who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities · To provide excellent legal and administrative support to lawyers · Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence · Calendar management and other secretarial functions · Drafting and preparation of legal documents Ideal Candidate Profile · Private Secretarial Certificate, Diploma in Law/Business or equivalent · Prior secretarial experience in a law firm will be useful, but not necessary · Good command of written and spoken English · Good interpersonal skills; strong team player · Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment · Organized, thorough and meticulous · Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint All applications will be treated with full confidentiality.
