Job Summary [No job summary was provided in the original JD.] Responsibilities Drive demand planning by analyzing supermarket industry trends to optimize inventory and sales forecasting Lead and manage a team of van sales drivers to consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets Operate a chiller truck to maintain delivery continuity during team members’ leave or absence Communicate fluently in Mandarin and English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively Resolve operational issues on the ground promptly to support the sales team and escalate to sales management when necessary Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives and motivating members to achieve sales results Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Manual driving license held for over one year
