Warehouse Admin (Tuas)

Job Description Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and inventory reconciliation Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors and customers to ensure smooth transactions Responsible for day to day processing such as picking and packing list, permit declaration, collection and deliveries Support productivity enhancements for Contract Logistics Operations Actively engages in warehouse system digitalization initiatives throughout the network Ensure all shipping processes have timely closure i.e. from receiving of request, invoicing, etc. Ensure all costs, details and processes are kept up to date in WMS Ensure all documents, including billing invoice and pre-alert, reaches the customer in a timely manner Ensure monthly performance reports such as accurate pick rates and damage report are generated Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to Coordination with agent on permit declaration information and ensure information are in order prior to submission to customs Receive and inspect all materials to tally against shipping documents Ensure proper labelling for stock accuracy Assist in any other daily operations of warehouse Requirements This position is based at Tuas and Transportation is provided at Joo Koon MRT Mid-career candidates seeking a career in Supply Chain Management are welcomed to apply
