Responsibilities - Plan and execute LIVE, VIRTUAL and HYBRID events - Brainstorm and pitch with quality proposal and costings independently to win jobs (with supervision for newbies!) - Contribute during brainstorming sessions with the creative team - Source, negotiate and manage suppliers for our events - Assist in pre-planning, setup/ teardown and onsite management for events - Professionally manage clients - Develop new business opportunities - Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements - Minimum Diploma holder or at least 1 year experience in events - Passionate about events and able to work long hours (if required) - Good spoken and written English (mandatory) - Ability to converse in mandarin with suppliers - Able to multi-task and be meticulous at work - Experience with virtual events is a bonus! - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint If you are ready, we are ready for you too!
