Proposed job scope for Marketing Executive SUMMARY The Marketing operations specialist will be part of the Viomi team within the KWH Group. The candidate will be responsible for driving and managing 3 key work streams in the Marketing function, namely 1. Localised Marketing Planning Work 2. Marketing Activities Publicity and Management 3. KOC Program Management There are 3 key objectives to achieve. Drive awareness of the Viomi brand in Singapore amongst the target audience Drive sell-thru and sell-out by ensuring that all the localized promotions planning and work are executed on time and in full. Develop brand trust and credibility in local consumers by showcase the marketing and sales operational work (planned and developed by the KWH team) KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES 1. Localised Marketing Program 1.1 Promotional Calendar Planning Drive the promo cycle planning and calendar alignment with all stakeholders (what theme to adopt and when to launch). Develop the promo mechanics (what are the types of promotions to do and prizes or gifts or games to play). 1.2 Asset Development § Asset Development for each localized promotion (Plan and work with agency on developing the assets for each promotion). § Asset Development for each roadshow (Plan and work with agency on developing the assets for each roadshow). 1.3 Securing of Event Location § Connecting with event organiser or mall management to secure site and layout plan. § Negotiate for the rate of booth 2. Marketing Activities Publicity and Management 2.1 Localized Promotions Planning the type of post for each localized promotion. Posting the localized promotions on the official social media accounts and other available platforms. 2.2 Trade show and events § Conduct product training for promoters prior to event. Participate in the trade shows (IT Show, HAF, Mall related roadshow) or sponsored events (GIFC football match). Capture all happenings that took place in the tradeshow and event (photos and video). Happenings could be related to booth and brand visibility and set-up, consumers interaction with field force and consumer interaction with the Viomi products. Utilize the content captured and developed into assets. Place all these developed assets into the official social media accounts and other available platforms. 2.3 End User Installation Participate in all the product installation process at end user homes. Capture all happenings (photos or videos of the overall installation process, field force demo to user and showcase happy and satisfied users) of the installation process. Utilize the content captured and developed into assets. Place all these developed assets into the official social media accounts and other available platforms. 3. KOC Program Management § Participate in the strategy development for the KOC program and understand how to drive KOC program. § Identify and engage the selected KOCs § On-board the KOCs into the program § Arrange for the product installation and briefing of the KOCs (how to use and what are the scenarios to focus on for the shooting to highlight feature to benefits) - Work with the KOCs to drive content development and content posting - Track the performance of the KOCs KEY QUALIFICATION 1. Experience & Background § 2-3 years working experience in social media or marketing agencies (or media related ndustries). § Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies § Prior knowledge of media production and communication work. § Participated in some SEO and PPC campaign management § Participated in some market research and competitive analysis work § Possess ability to plan, organise and execute the marketing programs § Prior experience in marketing tools like Adobe, Canva, Descript and Jasper will be helpful § Possess good ability to conduct data mining work 2. Degree and Language Bachelor degree Strong communication skills in English and Chinese or another foreign language (will be preferred) 3. Personal Traits Digital Literacy AI Proficiency Strong Communication skills Attention to details and Process Driven Customer-centric thinking § Able to manage multiple projects independently with tight timelines Exhibit entrepreneurship spirit and motivation to deliver results
