Construction Supervisor

Conduct toolbox meetings and daily safety briefings with workers. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of site personnel. Verify completed work for progress claims and subcontractor payments. Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards. Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and safe to operate. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final inspections before project completion. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, labour, and site activities. Handle client enquiries and provide regular updates on project progress.
