Retail Assistant

Retail Assistant Supermarket Operations We are looking for friendly andservice-oriented Retail Assistants to support daily supermarket operationsand deliver a pleasant shopping experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with enquiries in a courteous manner Explain product features, promotions, and pricing when required Operate cashier counter and process payments accurately Replenish shelves and ensure neat and attractive product displays Perform stock checks, including quality and expiry checks Ensure price tags and labels are accurate Assist with online order picking and order fulfilment Participate in stock-take activities Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness Support other departments and carry out ad-hoc duties when required Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer-focused with good communication skills Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Team player who can also work independently Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided) Why Join Us?
