Senior Interior Designer

COMPANY NAME: URBAN DELINEATION (www.urbandelineation.com) Job Summary Design and develop interior projects from concept through detailed design, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time. Prepare presentations and documentation while supporting junior designers and attending site meetings. Responsibilities Design interior projects from initial concept through detailed design to fulfill client requirements and project goals Prepare and deliver clear design presentations to communicate proposals effectively to clients Select materials, finishes, and furniture to enhance design aesthetics and functionality in alignment with project objectives Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues promptly Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and design documentation to support project development and decision-making Manage project timelines and quality standards to ensure successful delivery within agreed parameters Mentor junior designers by providing guidance and support to develop their design skills and professional growth Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned to support project and team needs Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop Creativity and strong knowledge of detailed drawings Preferred competencies and qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or related fields
