Tax Manager

Job Summary Manage corporate, partnership, and personal income tax, GST, and related tax laws administered by IRAS. Lead tax work reviews, ensure compliance with submission deadlines, guide team members, and support business development and client relationship management. Responsibilities Review corporate, partnership, and personal income tax, GST, and other tax work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with IRAS regulations Ensure timely submission of tax returns by meeting annual deadlines: 15 April for partnership/personal tax and 30 November for corporate tax Review and prepare responses to tax queries to support client compliance and issue resolution Conduct detailed reviews of GST ASK and ACAP submissions and prepare relevant reports for regulatory compliance Provide clear guidance and instructions to team members to enhance their tax work quality and efficiency Prepare the departmental annual budget and monitor monthly billing to achieve financial targets Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships to support growth and service excellence Required competencies and certifications Membership of SCTP Accredited Tax Advisor or Accredited Tax Practitioner for Income Tax and GST
