Job Advertisement: General Foreman / Construction Site Supervisor Location: Singapore Industry: Construction Position: General Foreman / Site Supervisor We are looking for a highly committed and experienced General Foreman / Construction Site Supervisor to manage site operations and lead workers effectively. This role requires hard work, long hours, and strong site discipline . Job Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and site workers Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations Work at height and oversee high-risk activities Handle day & night rotating shifts and overtime when required Job Requirements Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction site supervision Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly Willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts Able to work at height and in demanding site conditions Knowledge of construction safety practices and MOM regulations Good communication skills (English / Tamil / Hindi / basic Chinese preferred) BCA Safety Supervisor Certificate / relevant construction certification is an advantage Other Details Physically fit and mentally strong Able to handle pressure and tight schedules Responsible, disciplined, and committed to work Salary: Commensurate with experience Working Hours: As per site requirement
