Operations Executive

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our security services. This role is not office-bound and involves travel to assigned sites to ensure smooth operations, client satisfaction, and most importantly, the well-being of our security officers. We believe that our people are our greatest strength. You are to ensure your officers are supported and treated with respect at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily deployment of security officers across various sites • Point of contact and support for security officers • Respond to operational issues and manpower needs as they arise • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards • Work closely with the command centre and compliance team • Handle client communication and feedback Key Requirements: • Security related experience or qualifications is a plus • Positive attitude, integrity, self-discipline, and a high sense of responsibility • Ability to lead by example • Able to work independently • Willing to be on standby and respond when operations support is needed • Comfortable to work on the move (role is not office-based) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems What We Offer: • Comprehensive training and mentorship. • Competitive salary with allowances and performance bonus. • Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation
