We are looking for an experienced and passionate Outlet Manager to lead our team and ensure a delightful customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service. Manage, train, and motivate the outlet team to deliver excellent customer experiences. Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management to minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Drive sales and implement marketing or promotional initiatives to attract and retain customers. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B outlet management, preferably in desserts or café settings. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Passion for food, especially desserts, with a good eye for presentation. Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and operational efficiency. Flexible and hands-on, able to work weekends and peak periods.
