Tender Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our tendering and pre-contract activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, sourcing quotations, cost estimation, tender submissions, and contract administration support. Key Responsibilities Prepare tender submissions, including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing schedules, and tender documentation. Call for and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Establish unit rates and prepare cost analyses. Complete tender appendices, schedules, and supporting documents. Review tender specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost plans. Liaise with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors during the tender stage. Maintain tender records and ensure submissions are completed within deadlines. Support contract administration and project cost control when required. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Education Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline. Skills & Knowledge Proficient in Bluebeam, BIM, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications. Good understanding of Singapore contractual regulations and standard forms of contract (PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS, etc.). Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Able to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines. Experience Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant Singapore experience in pre-contract tendering. Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor will be an added advantage.
