Purchasing Officer

Job Description Source materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with operational requirements. Obtain and evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing for suitable terms and conditions Initiate and support vendor assessment and evaluation exercises. Maintain approved sub-contractors/suppliers listing Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Any other adhoc responsibilities Job Requirement Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement Good knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
