Piping Engineer

Job Responsibilities Oversee the construction of pipelines and ensure they are built to specifications. Monitor pipeline projects from start to finish, including preplanning, design, construction, testing and commissioning. liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of pipeline projects. Manage a team of pipeline engineers and technicians, ensuring that work is carried out safely and to schedule. Prepare reports and documentation relating to pipeline projects Objectives Design and oversee the construction of pipelines for the transport of gas, oil, water, and other fluids Ensure that pipelines are constructed according to safety standards and regulations Develop plans and layouts for pipeline systems Calculate the costs associated with pipeline projects Supervise the installation of pipelines Inspect completed pipelines to ensure they meet specifications
