Import & Export Executive

Job Description Define job responsibilities for import/export operations to meet manufacturing needs. Ensure timely import/export of goods to both internal and external stakeholders. Handle paperwork and system processes efficiently for importing and exporting goods. Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, airlines, movers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-schedule shipment of capital equipment and incoming materials/parts. Facilitate the export of finished goods to customers through effective coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Ensure all shipments and document are adhere to SG customs requirement and internal SOP(s). Maintain clear communication with vendors/forwarders and internal stakeholders regarding issues impacting deliveries. Requirements: Diploma in International trade, shipping management, or engineering with minimum 3 year of working experience in import and export functions in semiconductor industry or related engineering industries. Knowledge in Freight Forwarder environment, Custom handling, Airline booking and Logistics. Familiarity with Customer service and Semiconductor manufacturing environment. Knowledge in SAP system, Power point, Excel, Word processing, STP-Plus certification and TradeNet, etc To be able to communicate with Chinese-speaking vendors and internal stakeholders Self-starter with good initiative and a team player personality. Dynamic individual capable to work under stress and perform multi- tasking.
