Device Engineer (Tcad)

Job Responsibilities: · Research on novel device development with the help of performing detailed TCAD process & device simulations. Develop, document and calibrated TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with project team. Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck. Design the device test key & layout study and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test) and analysis to continuously improve device performance. Performing well-thought experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability. Job Requirements: · Master in EEE Engineering or equivalent Strong device physics knowledge base and solid device analysis skill. Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology. Hands-on experience in layout work is preferred.
