Responsibilities Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives targeting both B2B and B2C audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness Assist in planning and executing internal engagement activities and staff-related programmes to boost employee involvement Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prioritize workload independently to ensure timely completion of assignments under shifting priorities Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all communications and tasks Anticipate needs to provide proactive support without requiring direction Adapt calmly to pressure and changing priorities while maintaining a flexible approach Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in a similar dual-function role combining marketing support and executive assistance Prior experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or multi-entity environments
