Senior Officer, Control & Operations Support, Card Operations Processing Center

Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate division performance to ensure compliance with organizational standards and goals. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial controls within the division. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team to achieve division objectives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive the implementation of best practices. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute short-term and long-term plans. Utilize data and analytics to monitor process performance and drive decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on division performance and initiatives. Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner. Requirements: Bachelor Degree with 1 year of relevant experience in Banking Ops preferred Knowledge in basic programming language, databases, software development processes Open to 1 year contract
