Field Service Technician

Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance of engines at customer’s site. • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex cases when required. • Complete service reports, maintenance records and related documentation accurately. • Identify service opportunities and provide professional customer support. • Maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition. • Adhere to workplace safety, environmental and company policies. • Attend training and support operational requirements, including emergency call-outs when necessary.
