Logistics Transportation/Fleet Coordinator (Tuas, $3.5K)

Responsibilities: • Coordinate local transport activities for import and export cargo movements. • Plan and arrange cargo pickups, deliveries and related operational schedules. • Support vehicle and resource allocation based on operational requirements. • Liaise with customers, drivers, ports, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. • Monitor shipment progress and address operational issues in a timely manner. • Prepare and maintain transport and delivery documentation. • Ensure accurate job completion records to support invoicing processes. • Comply with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
