Purchasing Officer (West, 5 Days, $3.5K)

Salary: $3,200 to $3,500 Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5pm) Work Location: Penjuru (Clementi & Jurong East MRT) Responsibilities: • Support purchasing activities for materials, equipment and services. • Prepare and issue purchase orders based on operational requirements. • Monitor incoming material schedules and coordinate delivery arrangements. • Assist with warehouse coordination to ensure timely receipt and availability of goods. • Handle samples, supplier follow-ups, and daily procurement administration. • Liaise with internal departments to support purchasing and operational needs. • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
