HR Director

Key Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the regional senior management team, providing strategic HR guidance to drive business outcomes. Develop and implement tailored HR strategies across Southeast Asian countries, aligning HR priorities with business objectives while addressing the unique characteristics of each market. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and process optimization initiatives. Drive change management programs to support business transformation, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business expansion, and organizational restructuring, ensuring smooth implementation. Design and lead talent management strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and the identification and development of high-potential talent. Lead the recruitment team to plan and fulfill critical overseas hiring needs while building a strong international talent pipeline. Drive the implementation of the performance management framework to foster a high-performance culture. Support the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring local compliance and market competitiveness. Enhance employee engagement and manage employee relations across diverse cultural environments. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout Southeast Asia while proactively managing HR-related risks. Optimize HR processes and digital HR solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Lead, coach, and develop local HR teams to strengthen their professional capabilities and organizational impact. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in Chinese enterprises as well as multinational corporations. At least three years of experience serving as the Head of Human Resources or in an equivalent HR leadership role with responsibility for Southeast Asian markets. Professional Expertise: Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of labor laws, cultural differences, and talent markets across key Southeast Asian countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Demonstrated commitment to compliance and effective HR risk management. Core Competencies: Excellent cross-cultural awareness, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues in multicultural environments. Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance global organization. Language Requirements: Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as the primary working language. Proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages will be an advantage.
