Attachment Description The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing online and in-store customer engagement, and executing marketing strategies to promote motorcycle helmets and riding gear. The role focuses heavily on social media sales, customer relationships, and brand visibility. Specific Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute sales strategies. 2. Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships. 3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. 4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services. 5. Conduct market research. 6. Build and maintain strong client relationships and key accounts 7. Negotiate deals and handle client meetings or presentations. 8.Prepare basic reports on revenue, sales activity, and marketing outcomes. Technical Skills and Competencies 1. Social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) / Lead generation and online sales handling (DMs, chats, inquiries) / Product marketing for motorcycle helmets and riding gear 2. Customer service and in-store sales support / Basic sales tracking (Excel / Meta Insights) / Content creation (product posts, promos, short videos) 3. Supplier and inventory coordination (basic level) / Business development through rider communities and partnerships Mature Mid Career Individuals- $2800 This position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
