The incumbent is expected to drive disciplined execution, provide clear management insights, and ensure strong stakeholder alignment across GWB businesses and enterprise functions. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions, with strong exposure to business management, planning, governance, and support functions. Essential skills include proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner, demonstrated experience leading end-to-end workstreams, strong organizational discipline, and excellent analytical and communication capabilities.
