Building on our leadership in the region’s EV ecosystem, we are launching the beta of a digital fleet electrification platform in July 2026, designed to help commercial fleet operators plan and execute their EV transition through data, analytics, and digital tools. The Role We are seeking a Digital Growth Manager to drive platform adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role is anchored in digital marketing and performance-led growth, where digital channels serve as the primary engine for scaling ChargedUp’s fleet electrification platform. The role also integrates product positioning and commercial strategy, using marketing data and customer insights to inform product development and revenue optimisation. The Digital Growth Manager will work closely with product, technology, and leadership teams to ensure that digital campaigns, product offerings, and commercial strategies are aligned to drive measurable growth outcomes. Main Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Growth Execution Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns Drive lead generation, user acquisition, and conversion for the ChargedUp fleet electrification platform Implement A/B testing, audience targeting, and funnel optimisation to improve campaign performance Scale digital campaigns based on real-time performance data and insights Product Strategy & Digital Go-To-Market Translate digital campaign and user behaviour data into product insights, feature prioritisation, and improvements Develop digital-first product positioning and messaging aligned with customer needs and market demand Support the launch of platform features through performance-driven digital go-to-market strategies Ensure product offerings are continuously refined based on customer engagement and conversion data Commercial Growth & Revenue Optimisation Own and optimise digital acquisition funnels from traffic to conversion Drive revenue growth through conversion rate optimisation, digital pricing and promotional strategies, lead-to-revenue funnel management Align marketing campaigns with commercial targets and monetisation strategies Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and digital channel performance Marketing Analytics & Performance Management Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards Monitor key metrics including: customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (LTV) Translate data into actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness, product-market fit, and revenue outcomes Digital Ecosystem & Partner Marketing Execute co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners across digital channels Expand platform reach through partner-driven digital distribution and campaigns Ensure partnerships contribute to measurable digital KPIs, including traffic, leads, and conversions Who Should Apply? This role is suited for a senior leader who brings: Knowledge of digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, including campaign execution and optimisation Ability to analyse marketing performance data and translate insights into product improvements and commercial outcomes Strong commercial mindset with a focus on conversion, revenue growth, and digital acquisition metrics Familiarity with digital channels, analytics tools, and customer acquisition strategies Experience in B2B environments, with exposure to business development or key account management as a plus Ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment with a data-driven approach to decision-making
