Guest Experience Service Crew (Part-Time)

Objective To deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and active participation in outlet operations, events, and promotional activities. Working Commitment Minimum 50 hours ($900) or 100 hours ($1800) per month Minimum 3 shifts per week Minimum 1 weekend shift per week Availability on selected Public Holidays and peak trading periods Flexible deployment across outlets where operationally required (Changi / Duxton / Dempsey) Primary Responsibilities Guest Service & Outlet Operations Welcome and engage guests in a warm and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and beverages according to service standards Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally Maintain excellent table service throughout the guest journey Set up and maintain dining areas Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained Sales & Promotion Promote ongoing campaigns, events and promotions Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives Brand Representation Serve as an ambassador of the Company's brands Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and outlet concepts Uphold service standards and company values at all times
