Senior/Manager (Marketing Communications) - Contract

We are looking for a creative and driven communications professional to join URA’s Marketing Communications team. Part of URA’s Strategic Communications and Outreach Group, the team is responsible for increasing awareness and appreciation for URA’s work, garnering public support, and inspiring stakeholders and the public to participate in initiatives to shape Singapore into a liveable, inclusive and endearing home for all. You will develop and implement marketing communications strategies for the public and stakeholders. This includes planning, creating and publishing engaging content for URA’s digital platforms (e.g. websites, eDM and social media channels), and working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver social media/marketing campaigns that support key URA initiatives. The role also involves building and cultivating our network of online advocates and creators, including planning and organising engagement sessions as well as supporting events and activations for these stakeholders. In addition, you will monitor online conversations and audience sentiments, analyse performance metrics and insights, to optimise the performance of online content and engagement strategies. You will also have opportunities to contribute to broader communications initiatives, including integrated marketing campaigns and public engagement initiatives. • A good degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or relevant fields • 3-5 years of relevant experience in related fields. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered. • Excellent analytical and writing skills. • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills • Candidates with experience in content production as well as managing social media campaigns, will be prioritised. • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or equivalent software is advantageous.
