Key Responsibilities: Assist the ECM team in managing and maintaining client relationships, including coordinating communications and preparing meeting materials Support deal execution by helping to organise, track, and maintain accurate records of deal-related documents Assist with account opening processes, including collection, review, and follow-up of KYC, FATCA, and onboarding documentation Conduct basic market research and transaction analysis to support live and potential ECM deals (e.g. IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, Shares deposit) Provide general administrative and execution support to senior bankers and deal teams as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills (Proficient in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)
