Therapist

Designation : Therapist Experience : 3 years Minimum Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Work Locations : Ang Mo Kio/ Tanjong Katong /Hougang Candidates should be willing to travel and be deployed across the above locations as required. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for assigned patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Deliver direct patient care and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Monitor patient progress through periodic reassessments and treatment reviews. Participate in multidisciplinary patient care and family conferences. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Remain contactable via mobile phone during service hours. Support service delivery across multiple locations based on operational requirements. Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy , Physiotherapy , or Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology . Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council . Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a Singapore restructured hospital or community hospital. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Flexible to work across different locations based on operational needs.
