About this role
Responsibilities Conduct Ensemble training for youths Teach string instruments (Guzheng, Erhu, Guqin) and ensemble playing. Prepare members for performances, concerts, and competitions. Rearrange music scores when needed. Plan and deliver engaging training sessions. Guide and motivate students to improve their musical skills. Work with the organiser to plan rehearsals and performances. Requirements Trained in at least one string instrument ( Guzheng, Erhu, Guqin or Similar ) with a recognized music qualification. Experience working with youths Recent experience in performing, conducting, or teaching a Orchestra or Music Ensemble. Recent experience teaching string instruments. Able to teach more than one string instrument is an advantage. Experience in rearranging music scores is preferred.
