Purpose of the Role Lead and govern the Electrical Engineering function for EPC projects across Water, Wastewater, Oil & Gas, Power, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors. Responsible for engineering excellence, tender strategy, detailed engineering, multidisciplinary coordination, regulatory compliance, project execution support, and development of high-performing engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership Lead Electrical Engineering from concept, FEED, tendering, detailed engineering, construction support, commissioning and project close-out. Develop engineering standards, procedures, quality systems and governance. Drive engineering optimization, value engineering and technical risk mitigation. 2.Tendering & Business Development 2. Tendering & Business Development Lead electrical engineering for EPC tenders. Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, MTOs and cost optimization strategies. Support bid/no-bid decisions. Conduct technical clarifications and negotiations with clients and vendors. 3.Technical Expertise Design and review HV/MV/LV electrical systems up to 400 kV. Lead substation engineering including GIS, AIS, E-House and containerized substations. Review ETAP studies including: Load Flow Short Circuit Relay Coordination Arc Flash Harmonic Analysis Motor Starting Review grounding, lightning protection, cable sizing, lighting and hazardous area designs. 4. Project Execution Provide engineering support during procurement, FAT, SAT, construction and commissioning. Ensure engineering deliverables meet project schedule and quality requirements. Resolve multidisciplinary engineering interfaces. 5. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, BS, SS, Shell DEP and client specifications. Coordinate with statutory authorities and Professional Engineers for approvals. Manage technical audits and engineering quality reviews. 6. Team Leadership Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams. Develop engineering capability and succession planning. Conduct technical reviews and competency assessments. 7. Stakeholder Management Interface with clients, consultants, licensors, vendors and EPC partners. Present engineering strategies to executive management. Support project directors in achieving commercial and technical objectives. 8.
