Duties & responsibilities: Notifying warehouse/ stores on all orders and incoming shipments with SAP information Generate SAP details from Pre-alert shipment from HQ and ensuring stocks are received in time in the warehouse Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments via tracking/HAWB number and sharing details with relevant parties Generate shipping invoices for transfers with a turnaround time of 24hrs for the region Compiling logistics billing invoices into summary with supporting documents to request approval for payment. Job Requirements: Able to commit to a regular schedule of 3 days per week Proficient in Microsoft excel Good working attitude with a can-do mindset Detailed and accurate in numbers Fast learner and willing to learn Ability to work in a face-paced environment
