The role is responsible for driving end-to-end growth initiatives to attract net new clients across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization. This includes spearheading business development efforts, shaping and closing opportunities to meet revenue plans, and leading the end-to-end RFP/pitch process.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering new logo revenue growth within Digital Innovation Consultancy, coupled with demonstrable solution selling experience and expertise in proposal shaping and closing deals. Essential requirements include a strong network in the Singapore and APAC markets, especially within Retail, CPG, Travel, and Hospitality verticals, and experience operating within a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency environment.
