Clinic Assistant

Job Summary: Register patients, schedule appointments and maintaining the calendar Manage medical records and update electronic medical systems. Process billing, insurance claims, and documentation where applicable. Coordinate referrals, laboratory tests, and follow-up appointments. Contacting patients, receiving calls, organizing information Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday) Working Location: Napier Road Reports to Nurse Manager Job Requirements: Preferably someone with experience working in private clinics Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Patient-oriented with strong service skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
