Content Creator And Video Producer (1 Year Contract - Renewable))

Purpose : A creative and tech-savvy Content Creator and Video Producer to craft compelling visual narratives that reflect our company’s values, culture, and business goals. This role will also play a key part in developing engaging educational content to support employee learning and development. Key areas of responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to develop and script engaging content aligned with business goals and brand identity. Design and produce training videos using instructional design principles and suitable formats (e.g., microlearning, scenario-based). Work cross-functionally to gather insights, align expectations, and deliver relevant content. Plan, shoot, and direct video productions, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and storytelling. Edit and enhance content (including motion graphics) to meet brand and quality standards. Manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Qualification & Experiences: Degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Education, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in content creation and video production. Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual identity. Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and open to new technologies and ideas.
