Procurement Officer (1 Year Contract - Renewable)

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for electronic and mechanical components, ensuring timely order fulfillment based on project team timelines. This includes managing goods receipt, supplier payments, returns processing, and closely monitoring delivery schedules to meet factory requirements. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-mix, low-volume or semiconductor environment. Strong skills in global supplier management, negotiation, and maintaining a positive, independent attitude with high ownership are essential.
