Job Summary Join R Square Engineering as a Site Engineer to lead site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations to ensure work complies with construction drawings and specifications Manage subcontractors to maintain project quality and timelines Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities to resolve site issues efficiently Implement quality control measures and enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations Monitor project schedules and prepare daily and weekly progress reports to track milestones Manage material orders and deliveries to support uninterrupted site activities Identify and resolve technical issues on-site by proposing practical and safe engineering solutions Lead and communicate effectively with diverse site teams to ensure smooth project execution Organize work independently and solve problems under tight deadlines to maintain project momentum Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or construction management Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project to support project planning and design review Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate site teams Other Information Benefits Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive medical and health benefits Opportunities for career progression and professional development Collaborative, vibrant, and supportive team culture Location Singapore Job Type Full-Time Experience Level Mid-Level (2–5 years of experience preferred)
