Marketing Director/Marketing Manager

Vertex Global Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Director/ Marketing Manager to lead the company's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, business development and international market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies, managing corporate branding, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and supporting the company's long-term growth across Singapore and international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy. Lead branding, digital marketing and business development initiatives. Identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Manage corporate marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance. Collaborate with management to support corporate growth initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders. Lead and mentor the marketing team where applicable. Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions and networking events. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding or business development. Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities. Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing and international business development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English. Mandarin language capability is advantageous to communicate with Chinese-speaking business partners.
