Role Overview Vertical Institute is seeking a Business & Leadership Trainer to deliver programmes that develop leadership capabilities and workplace effectiveness. Courses may include: Effective People and Relationship Management Effective Team Management Managing Conflict in the Workplace Agile Key Responsibilities Deliver interactive training sessions focused on leadership and workplace management Facilitate discussions, role-playing, and case studies Guide learners through practical leadership frameworks and strategies Support learners in applying concepts to real workplace scenarios Requirements ACTA / ACLP certification 8+ years of professional experience in leadership, management, or organisational development Strong facilitation and presentation skills Experience coaching or mentoring professionals preferred
