The Role As a Project Management Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Managers in the seamless planning and execution of diverse client projects. You will be exposed to our three core service pillars: Digital Learning (E-learning development and LMS) Language Services (Translation and Localization) Global Creative Design Key Responsibilities Project Support & Execution : Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of client projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with internal IT, engineering, and creative teams to coordinate technical project activities Consultative Support : Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements Communication & Reporting : Help develop project timelines and milestones while providing regular, effective status updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply Education: Minimum Diploma qualification or higher Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided. This role offers excellent exposure to various industries and large-scale global projects. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a high level of attention to detail Experience : Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or client account management is an advantage.
