About the Role: As a Veterinary Receptionist , you’ll be the first friendly face and voice our clients rely on. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping clients schedule appointments, answering questions, and supporting the clinic behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities : Manage phone lines and direct calls. Schedule appointments and communicate booking details to clients. Alert clinical staff to patient arrivals and emergencies. Process payments, finalize invoices. Dispensing medication. Assist with various administrative tasks. No Experience? No Problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed in this role.
