QC Officer (Food Safety)

We are seeking a diligent QC / Food Safety Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by performing inspections, maintaining proper storage standards, and supporting food safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and receive incoming products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Check and approve products before delivery. Maintain daily CCP records (cleanliness/hygiene on the premises, cold rooms temperatures etc.). Monitor warehouse storage using FIFO principles and ensure proper storage conditions. Print production labels accurately. Conduct routine pest control checks and report any issues to vendors. Investigate food safety-related cases raised by customers. Suggest improvements to current systems and methods to enhance food safety standards. Collaborate with QA teams for documentation related to food safety systems. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned. Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00 noon Job Requirements: Relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field preferred. Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or food safety operations is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
