Position: Solar Site Engineer Location: singapore Mainland & island Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Solar Site Engineer to oversee the execution of solar energy projects. The role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Site Surveys : Conduct feasibility studies, shading analysis, and grid connection assessments. Design Validation : Ensure construction aligns with approved layouts and electrical codes. Installation Supervision : Oversee PV module, inverter, and cabling works with strict quality control. Safety Compliance : Implement risk assessments and enforce site safety protocols. Testing & Commissioning : Perform electrical tests, troubleshoot issues, and verify system performance. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain daily progress logs, prepare client-ready reports, and support project handover. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in solar project execution or site engineering. Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical codes (NEC/IEC). Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and PVsyst. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
