Technical Service Engineer (Lubes, Fuels. Petroleum Products)

Are you ready to take on a role where technical expertise in making strong impact? We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team, supporting our growing network of clients with top-tier technical solutions. Reporting to Technical Team Lead within a dynamic organization that operates across a diverse portfolio in the petrochemical industry. Provide hands-on technical support to customers, solving issues from troubleshooting to product recommendations, including used oil analysis. Build and nurture strong technical partnerships with key clients, ensuring long-term success. Lead initiatives like plant and equipment audits, lubrication surveys, and field trials to align with our business strategy. Work closely with members in the sales team, providing support to ensure technical strategies are fully aligned with overall sales objectives. Customize and deliver training to customers and work closely with our oil supplier partners to resolve technical matters. Participate in sales meetings with heads of different business units, offering cross-functional technical support to enhance decision-making and business outcomes. Requirements : A diploma or degree, ideally in Chemical, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience in a technical environment (preferably lubricants and related applications) with a solid technical background. Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. A self-starter who works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
